IS THIS THE SAME GROUP AS THE SERIAL KILLER SPEAKEASY?
No. We are not the same group. We provide a completely different experience.
IS THERE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER FOR MORE INFORMATION?
Please do not call the venue. They have no information regarding this event and will not be able to answer any questions concerning this event. Our contact number is 813-111-1111. Leave us a message and we will try our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Valet parking is available as well as street parking around the venue. Performances are limited to 150 so we do not expect a large amount of parking will be taken in the surrounding area.
WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
IS THE EVENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes
CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE EVENT?
Yes, if the event is not sold out. The FEVER app is the main ticket portal available on google play store and IOS apple app store.
ARE REFUNDS ALLOWED OR CAN I GIVE AWAY / TRANSFER MY TICKET?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. You can transfer your ticket to someone else through the fever app.
IS THERE A MILITARY OR SENIOR DISCOUNT?
No
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
No. Your ticket is saved within the fever app after purchase and will be used to validate your entry so be sure to bring your phone with the app open when you arrive.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY TICKET FOR ANOTHER DAY.
Unfortunately tickets are purchased for specific dates and cannot be transferred to other dates.
CAN MY GROUP SIT TOGETHER?
Sitting his first come first served but if you have a group of five or more please arrive early and let the attendant know that you have a group and we will do our best to seat you together.
I CAN'T FIND MY TICKET. WHAT CAN I DO?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket please contact us.
